Works out of the box instantly.

I installed this on Joomla 2.5 and only wish I had found this extension earlier. I recommend this extension to everyone. Save yourself the pain of trying to install code into Joomla 2.5 from Facebook directly.

This extension has a lot of features. Its instructions for initial setup must be followed to the letter. But if you do that, it will be easy and you will have the most awesome contact form you could ask for in no time. Support is excellent and fast. Highly recommended and well worth the money.

Easy to install and use for experienced Joomla people, however it desperately needs a captcha because my site members are being spammed badly through the email link. Also has some English spelling mistakes and misplaced commas. All small stuff (except the captcha, which is major). Overall a nice extension.

This component installed flawlessly and works great. One problem though. When I tried to add an additional question to a section, it placed an identical named section at the bottom of the survey with that single question in it so I had to recreate the entire survey from scratch. Other than that, it is a great component. Just get all your questions in the right section the first time.
