Extension full of bugs and support very poor

I paid for a plugin for this extension and it was a waste of money, almost inexistent support and the extension has a lot of bugs, if you are not a developer and you can't fix the bugs by yourself, I don't recommend it at all. For me was impossible to use it after a lot of time trying to solve the problems. Very frustrating.

Hi. The dedicated support for JoomD is now available again. Apologies for all the inconveniences and pain you have had to go through.

We are also releasing the new version of JoomD next month with more advanced features and bug fixes.

We were going through some staffing shortage. We now have acquired sufficient staffing to take care of customer queries.
