JUX Mega Menu
When it comes to creating a good responsive drop down menu you can either do it the hard way trying to develop it yourself or you can do it the easy way and install the JSE Mega Menu.

All of the hard work has been done and you can easily create great looking drop down mega menus with columns to feature menu items or modules. This menu has really saved me hours in development time and it works brilliantly.

The support from the developer is excellent too. My menu wasn't working correctly in IE8 and earlier and the developer let me know this was due to multiple calls for the jQuery library on my site. Kan (the developer) also told me what I needed to do to correct the issue.

If you are looking for a good drop down mega menu for your Joomla website I highly recommend JSE Mega Menu. I am very happy with it.

Inceptive Multiple Categories for K2
I recently had to create a website where I needed to save my K2 Items to more than one category.

The Inceptive Multiple Categories for K2 allowed me to achieve just that.

When you save an item you must select the top level category to save the Item to as you would usually. Once you have installed the extension you will see an extra tab called 'Inceptive Multiple Categories for K2' which allows you to assign the Item to additional categories when editing the Item.

The only real downside is that when you view the Item list (without selecting a specific category) in the backend you can only see the Items parent category under the category column and not any other assigned categories.

That said - If I have saved an Item to Category A and Category B, I can view that same Item when I select to only view Items in those chosen categories.

I have found the extension to work well and I am more than happy with it. I think this type of functionality should be part of the K2 component anyway.

Good job.

I just want to say I find redSHOP really good to work with. redSHOP has made editing files and styling easy compared to other well known shop components. redSHOP has done a fantastic job in making the complex simple. It's a great program.

Plus if you subscribe for the 12 month pro option the level of help you get from the developers is excellent. Well worth the money and saves time when developing the store.
