I was one of those that scoffed at paying $15 for a damn script. After 3 weeks of no luck with trying to convert our board to ANYTHING at all, I bit the bullet and bought the script. I wish I had done that 3 weeks ago.

This isn't a hack job script. It's professionally done and for someone that's just getting into messing with stuff like this, dummy proof with no guesswork.

Honestly, something as well executed as this really would cost more from other sources. The conversion process was quick and now I'm finally free of a Joomal/PHPBB rig up.

I've had been working on the business site for about a month and trying to move our PHPBB3 forum over to a forum Extension that would work. My big issue has been the available converters out the. I've tried the scripts for converting to CC, SMF, Fireboard, Kunena...each time with ZERO luck.Now, this had been going on for 3 weeks. I knew that Agora had conversion scripts for what I needed, but didn't want to drop the $15 for another hack job that wouldn't work. I must have emailed them at midnight out of disgust for my lack of progress. I get an email from the CEO, Hazzaa at just before 1am. This gentleman took the time to mail with me back and forth about various questions that I had as well as problem with my downloading the script. If that isn't top notch customer service, I don't know what it.

I did have a few problems with the install, and every single thing was due to user error with the way I had a few things set in Joomla. The conversion process was quick and without a hitch. I'm very pleased with the forum. I have to say that while it's different from PHPBB, it's easy to pick up on using it.

I'm extremely happy with Agora. It's a well thought out product with a lot of features and the team certainly makes a point of being hands on and accessible to the users. I honestly use this with 100% confidence. If there's a problem, I know they'll jump in to help figure out what the problem is. They'll go so far as to OFFER to personally check out your administrative settings.
