The main issue I have is not so much with the player, but that the developers forum area is not nearly as helpful as it could be.... many people there have posted various issues and problems, but instead of addressing those issues in the open where everyone can learn from them, the developer in most cases asks the customer to email the development team directly. This leaves one hanging and frustrated. Why not post the solution to the question so everyone can learn from it? plus I'm sure it would cut down on emails they receive for the same questions.
But besides the forum complaint the player is really good, I've worked with about 10 different players and now only interested in players that have HTML5 functionality and this one gets my vote!
