I'm slightly disturber that other reviewers have giving this server a bad rating because it's in french.
It a lightweight, very clean WAMP including Joomla, I would recommend it to anyone starting out.
The version I use is ad free and yes while it's in French (the English Language files are included for Joomla BTW) that doesn't effect it usefulness in the least.
