Excellent idea, and the developer has obviously got this to function on his environment, but for me gives error when trying to enter Twitter user name and password even when logged out of Twitter in browser as the developer suggests. Email for support bounced.

Twitter API changed a lot in terms of authentication. So login is not working.
This is an absolutely brilliant idea, far better than any other captcha system that I've ever seen. So often I've had to enter codes multiple times on other sites which is time wasting and annoying. Support for other components in future releases are a necessity. My requests are jReviews and JComments.
This works brilliantly.
To get it to work with SmartSEF, disable SmartSEF, and in global configuration disable SEF, mod rewrite, and suffix to URLs. Do all your linking, and when you are finished just go back and enable everything again, and you'll have SEF URLs.
