I was in need of an endorsement tool and these guys are the only ones who offer one. The extension is great just out of the box. But I needed some additional functionality. So, I emailed them and they responded super-quickly with an estimate of work. Not only were their rates beyond affordable, they were extremely fast and great about keeping in contact with updates on progress.

I struggled with styling a free extension to match my site. Finally, I gave up and bought Easy Blog. It took a little while to get it installed (for some reason I couldn't upload it from my MBP, but could from my PC), but other than that, setup was very easy. Unfortunately, I had similar issues trying to style the blog posts. So, I submitted a support ticket and within about 15 minutes I already had someone helping me. And within about 2 hours the entire issue was resolved. The support saved me countless hours and preserved my sanity! Thank you Stack Ideas!!!
