This module blows all the ajax filters out of the water.

The developers are very good at answering questions and patient.

I can't recommend this enough. Buy it now!

I am using this system for one property at the moment. It is really great, but does require some customization if you want to to do different things.

However, I don't believe the fact it needs customization to be a bad thing. It makes your site more powerful and with the support on the forum and from the ticket system, it's definitely worth trying the demo for free on their site.
