Banner Slider
Banner Slider is exactly what I needed - the ability to use the "Custom Code" field for my banners, and have them fade-in/out.

The only problem I have is that it's not working in IE7. It's fine in IE6, and Firefox, and Safari - but in IE7 the outline of the banner position shows up, but it's empty - none of the text I've put in the Custom Code fields is showing up at all.

Custom Properties
This extension is *exactly* what I was needing for a project I'm working on - works great in Joomla! 1.5.4 -- and as an added bonus, the developer is very responsive!

This plugin is exactly what I need for one of my sites that has long, academic articles. I'd been painstakingly managing the footnotes by hand -- this will make like MUCH easier!!

Thanks!

MooFAQ - Frequently Asked Questions Component
I quite like this component. It's very easy to use by simply assigning a category of articles for your FAQ. I'm hoping there will be a Joomla! 1.5 version!! ;-)
Owner's reply

A Joomla 1.5 fully compatible version is now available!

Thanks for writing this plugin, Ian - it's exactly what I need!

Making the "title", link and slider/content box all configurable using css styles is great, and makes it easy to get this to "fit in" to my overall site look & feel.

The only difficulty comes when using a wysiwyg editor that turns "returns" into divs, as the div tag will "escape" the slider and all following content won't be hidden. Using the html view of the article content to make sure the hidden bits have and tags and no div tags, and all is well!

Podcast Suite
Like the previous reviewer, I think this has some great potential - just a few little things to iron out.
