What we were trying to achieve was a selection of different multiple-choice surveys for 5 different departments, and also for each of those to have a free-text area available for general comments.
On top of that, we wanted something that would store the results, analyse the results, and also let us know by e-mail whenever a feedback survey was completed.
Having scanned through all the available extensions, BF Survey seemed like it was the one for us.
It was up and running within 10 minutes with our first survey tested and working.
Plenty of good configuration options and a well thought out interface made it all a walk in the park.

Obviously with so many wonderful scripts avaialable for free, the question was...why would I want to spend any money on this contact form enhancement?
The answer was quite simple, it offered everything I wanted and it was quite obvious from all the rave reviews, that it does what it says it does!
The end result is that I purchased the module, installed it without incident, and then when i needed a little help with configuration, Douglas was immediately on hand to offer assistance.
In an nutshell, the module is excellent, the price is more than reasonable, and Douglas is one of the most helpful and courteous guys you will come across. 100% recommended!
