I am extremely impressed with this fork of Huru Helpdesk! It worked with a few simple clicks and my clients now submit their Incidents and review their open tickets and progress.They receive emails during the repair process as well!

I have tested it on Joomla 2.5.6 and it is ready for production use!

The developer is proactive (I see him logged in and working on the code daily). Closing the gap between Commercial products this is a winner for your I.T. Department.

My main reasons for picking this product?

-ease of use for myself and clients
-clean interface
-demonstrates certain ITIL principles
-developer tests and checks his code regularly
-has the right balance of features and built-in solution database (you can search incidents for your prior solutions!)
-developer is quick to resolve user issues

I usually stick to freebies, but when it comes to being new at selling online, I had to do some serious homework and be certain I received support if I required it.
