Contact Enhanced Component
The normal contact module in Joomla didn't suit my needs as I wanted to collect additional info from my visitor - such as telephone number and so on. I spent about half a day researching and installing various contact components but wasn't happy with the results I was getting.
I decided to bite the bullet and get Douglas' extension and I am extremely glad I did!
A novice to Joomla who is still trying to get my head around things, I needed something which was easy to use and make sense of... but still having the flexibility that I needed.
I had no problems whatsoever in installing, however, once installed I noticed some warning messages on my form. I emailed Douglas to ask how I removed them, and all it was was a simple server setting that needed changing - took all of 1 second and my form looked perfect.
I have been very impressed with the speedy replies I have received from Douglas (I am also using the Be Involved extension), and Douglas' attitude that "nothing is too much trouble". I have appreciated that, given I am new to everything.
I highly recommend Contact Enhanced to anyone - couldn't be happier! :)

Be Involved!
I stumbled across this extension and, being new to Joomla, had no idea really what I was doing in respect to uploading extensions and so on.
I had a small glitch once uploaded, contacted the developer, and within 10 minutes I had a reply to my email and my problem was fixed.
I absolutely love this extension and that I am able to "make a difference" in a small way.
My deep thanks to the developer for making available such a worthy extension.
