I like so much this solution because I can install the livehelp component in my Joomla 1.5 and I am using the solution to answer the questions in my all domains in other technologies Wordpress and static landingpages.

I can create unlimited agents operators for Sales, Customer care and so on also I can create unlimited domains.

I recommend this livehelp solution
