While this component has some great possibilities it appears there is no tech support. While I had no problems installing MisterEstate, there are some error that need to be cleaned up. These errors could all be easily edited/coded out in the language/english.php file, but this file cannot be edited.

The way I see it, if you advertise a component as "non-commercial" but the only way to clean up the code so it looks professional is by sending a "donation" to the creator, then this is just as commercial as the extensions that say they are commercial.

I'd have to say you'd be better off looking at the commercial real estate extensions before going through the trouble of trying to fix a component that would make your site look silly.

Of course, if the author would like to explain how to edit the english.php file then I could give this a better rating.
