Bad extension

I bought this extension and installed it on my site. It won't play back any videos (citing it I need flash, which I have the most current version). I tested this through IE, FF, Chrome, Safari, and Android mobile and none of those browsers would let me play my video. I contacted their support and have yet to see any responses.

Now to be fair, one of the problems I had was the host limiting the uploads via the website, but I uploaded the video via FTP and added the video by url and still receive the same errors.

I was seriously considering recommending this to a local 3d artist, but not any more.
