So I guess it's all about how the JS and CSS is built by the original developers.
Thank you for your work and good luck improving this one.
Happy to know you got Joolas2go! usefull.
I am working very hard now to migrate my site to Joomla! 1.5.9, and a new Premium Users Area will be ready very soon on the new site version, with new advanced compilations that will make the life easier to all people: for beginners, advanced users and Joomla! developers!. Stay tuned!!.
When I accessed this extension and read the details about its capabilities I thought it's a totally new thing that will help me move my content along modules with ease. I thought I will see a map the the modules as it's presented by template creators in Template Layouts (with all modules displayed).
I think this kind of extension will change the perspective of Joomla in the future if it will be properly. And I'm pretty sure Joomla will decide to integrate it as Default in their core.
I give it a Average vote because I expect more.
Hi, URAGANU
Constructive criticism is always welcome. We are dedicated to create helpful tool for modules administration.
You see, you are right! Your idea is beautiful, and we thought just like you some time ago.
The problem with Template Layouts is a different controller, unique for each template. This leads to "misplace" of some positions, or placing one on top of another. We learn this issue from endless tests. What you suggested can be done ONLY on custom basis for each template separately. This is a status for now, but we will continue with our efforts to overcome this problem.
