SEO Canonicalisation Plugin
Simple but effective. Very good when you have any domain aliases and need redirect all of them to only one address. Or if you need add "WWW" before your domain name even if user forgets to type it.

All your domains with/without www will be automatically moved to only one www.your-domain.com which can be specified by you. Ideal solution for SEO because Mr. Google will not find your other addresses (and penalize you for duplicate content) any more.

How it works?
Simply install from website > go to Extensions > Plugins then select System - Canonicalization. Then publish this plugin and don't forget to specify which domain (with or without www) will be used from now.

Amplify Fading News Ticker Module
I was really amazed by this simple but pretty module. But after I played with it on my testsite I found those bugs, that disallowed me to use it on public servers:

-Opera&Firefox 3 does not place links the new one over the old one (as IE&Safari does) but new after old. Some other people decribed this problem below better than me. May be it is because I use mootools also for another module on page. Amplify's homepage demo wirks fine in FF3.

-Cannot disable label. It still shows the separator between (empty) label and content area of ticker. Try to set empty label text, set Label Width = 0 and look at left side of ticker.

-I also found some problems with background color, but this may be caused by some bug in my CSS's. It was funny: IE&SAFARI=white background+white text, but on Opera&FF3=black bckgnd+white text. Anyway, my other modules work fine.

That's why I had to say goodbye to this module. Hope this helps developers to improve this really interesting module.
Owner's reply

Thanks for pointing these things out. We will be releasing a new version with full transparent images, colour choices and other extended options. For now a white background works best for this module.
With regards to your other issues, there may be conflicts with different template css, it is very hard to cater for all environments and scripts/css running on them. Your feedback is useful though to help us to improve this module, thanks.
