As a relative novice I can highly rate MijoSef for ease of use. It does exactly what it is required to do. I use the free version but added an inexpensive extension for Joomgallery and when I had a problem I got a response with a fix within hours. Top marks all around.

Does exactly what it says and does it well. Very easy to implement on your site even if you are a Joomla novice like me.
I had a small problem (of my own making) and the author got back to me almost immediately.
