This conclusion comes from honest user-experience: these guys have the best form I have seen in the extensions directory yet (believe me I've tried a lot!).

- Easy to make forms
- Easy modifying lay-out
- Easy submission control
- Easy export to CSV

Didn't need the support yet (says enough?)
