I have to say I was left rather unimpressed by this extension and confused as to why it is marked "popular". Perhaps because it's free?

I found the component to be very clunky and the support painfully slow. Too bad, because there is a lot of potential here. My suggestions to improve this component include making it more user-friendly on the admin side (it seems there is an assumption that users have advanced programming skills) and also to add some more attractive templates (no offense but I found the standard one quite hideous).

Aside from that - if you're looking for a free extension, this is not a bad option.

This extension is fabulous.

The forum is really good too. If you get stuck - and this is why I decided to write this review - the support is super fast and right on the money.

I decided to migrate my site to a new webhost. No glitches uploading data via PHPMyAdmin or through the uploader (which comes standard with this extension - v useful if like me you are not technically trained and figuring things out as you're going along). I had one problem after migration with the directory not appearing in the browser and it turned out that Mosets Tree conflicted with my wordpress extension. But Lee responded to my email asking for support in less than 12 hours with a simple solution that had the problem fixed in under 5 minutes. Other than that I lost NOTHING, not one bit of information in the migration process.

Thanks for this great component and swift, professional support!

I really really really wanted this plugin to work. Alas I think it doesn't work with Flexicontent, so had to uninstall.

Well done for developing this though. This was exactly what I was looking for. And unlike the review below I thought the video was a nice touch. Explains how to activate and you guys make a buck by advertising. I have no problem with that. Good luck. I will keep an eye out. If you make this compatible with Flexicontent I will be back and you can count on my donation too! :)

Check now, this plugin is deprecated. You can try Scrolling Share Bar plugin also available for j16.
