This is farmost one of the BEST components I have seen, it makes life so easy, Only 2 clicks and it will update your joomla to the latest release, No hassle, no code changes, Just sit back relax and it does ur job... BEST 10 out of 5/..........

This is a very good product, I have tested it many times on my recent sites, Phpbb3 and Joomla users are merged.. It has ABOVE Good Support. Very Good Support and a good Extension. But the reason I gave it 4 Starts and not 5 is because it too has few errors such as

when a user changes their email on the phpbb3 board the software isnt updated, thus it creates a error. Same goes to newly registered users.. hope it gets fixed in the next version.

This is a simple footer module that is all you need, works out of the box, just install > enable and set it as default footer with my text and I'm done..

but in your next release you might want to set the default setup save as UTF 8 as some servers cause creation of unwanted characters..

Thank you at first for talking your time to make this nice extension, mainly this is a VERY Simple yet POWERFUL plugin for joomla, that after you install and enable. will let you to click on any image(re sized) to be viewed on 3 beautiful Lite box, Sandbox etc effects....

Works just like it says.... Out of the box.. Just install and enable the plugin and I am set... It mainly allows the you to have a main Site name / title of every page before or after the content title.. Looks good and Professional..

This is such a nice module, its suppose to show a banner on the top right side of your joomla website. Works right out of the box, just enable it and select your favorite community or what ever and your set....

all thou this module has not been updated in over a year it still worked well with Joomla 1.5.8 & 9

This probably is only one of its kind that is still working, and a few twinks from the developers support forum makes it even better. Eg. Like showing Recent user specific videos etc... try this module

This once must been a great extension as if you see all features it had, But now sadly It hasnt been in development for over 7 months and many bugs and errors have occurred. It still kinda Works if you use *User feeds* but most other functions dont work as said.. Overall it needs an update...

This is a Good Component overall, but it lacks some thing that just goes under the nose..

Problem is a lot of people that are with certain Hosting Company's that actually put a email cap limit, for me its 500 emails per/hr. Now I have over a 1200 mailing lists from the members / users, So only about the first 400-500 users get the Newsletter/email and the rest never goes there.

Maybe this should have the option of letting us chose how many emails it can send in a hour.. so that in the end even after few hrs all the people get the mail's delivered,

Interface is poor, looks poor, and there is no feature at all.... You can only add about 240 words vice versa, I like the simplicity thou but Lots of improvements to be made to this module / component if its to be workable..

This module was a waste for me, It didnt work at all.. Like the demo site, It only shows the module and new movie list but it wont display any trailers. Just view the demo site.... :(

This is a perfect module for showing images with a scroll effect.. one thing I ran into was that after entering a folder name with my images I actually have to enter all the image names manually..

It should have the feature of entering multiple folder names and where we'd just enter the folder names and it'll pull out the images.. 4 outta 5

I was looking for a extension for joomla 1.5x that simply lets people subscribe to my websites feeds, most other extensions I tried was too confusing or bulky and didnt even do the main thing of creating RSS feeds from your own site.

This is a very small yet simple tool that gets the job done, Been suing it for the past 15mins and its working with Joomla 1.5x too!

After going through numerous other gallery’s I turned to Phoca, I didn’t expect much from it, as I was “just giving it a try”. For a non commercial extension gallery for Joomla, Phoca is excellent; it will satisfy just about everyone with all its rich features and not to mention the user friendly interface. Any one looking to build a nice family album, gallery should try this.

But there’s still few things, basic features Phoca is missing, Such as a kind of Extension / Module that shows “Latest Added,/ Highest Rated, /Or Viewed Photos”

– More like the other extension it has called Random images, but only to show latest images and not random images. 4.5 outta 5.
