I purchased the JoomD import/export add-on because the non-profit I work for needed the ability to import entries as a CSV file. There was very little info about the add-on but I figured it would work for us and if not, the JoomD site advertises that "a refund is just an email away." It turned out that the format that you have to enter the addresses in is such a pain - it's a long string and you have to know the latitude and longitude. I emailed support twice to see if there was a workaround and both times I received instructions on how to import & export files but not on the specific issue I needed help with. It was like they didn't even read my message.
I then uninstalled both JoomD and the add-on and have since been using SobiPro.
I've emailed asking for a refund twice now and still haven't heard back.
