Ivan is also one of the most helpful people I have encountered. I had some problems with Jquery conflicts and a few more complex things to make this work on my site. Ivan solved all of the problems and did so in a shockingly timely manner. I would tell anyone to buy this. It works far better than any free chat component and looks fantastic.

FANTASTIC. It couldn't be easier to use, and Christopher was far beyond accommodating in helping me with some simple customization to make it match my sites appearance.
If you think you can find a better option....best of luck. I almost spent $40.00 on an extension that I'm aware I'd never have gotten the personal support.
