Spent days searching for a solution, decided to log a support ticket with MijoSef whom had resolved the issue within days. Customer service was excellent and response via email was very quick.
MijoSef support team also emailed the solution of how they fixed the issue, this is very useful in-case I decide to re-install the extension.
