Well, its a music player, that is ok.

But it's totally useless for real background music because it does restart the music everytime the user navigates somewhere else within the site.

It would have great potential, but it simply doesn't work as it should.

1: It does not redirect to a "thanks for sending" site, not even if the site is specificly given with a link.

2: If the option to use the websites CSS is ticked the layout is completely screwed up.

3: The recaptcha form is centered the rest isn't. To fix seems complicated.

4: Html text field option doesn't work. I even installed JKF editor to try if the Artform just didn't see my tinymce.. no success.

5: Send button has white background and can't be integrated nicely in black pages.

6: "required" image is not transparent. looks bad on black pages.

7: Received email does not have the senders email adress as a "from" address. I didn't figur out how to configure a form so, that it used the name and email from the form for the email being sent.

8: Authors website is down.

BUT IF this ever works as it should and the above things are fixed, this will be a BRILLIANT extension! Good luck with it! I really hope it will be fixed.

Major reason why I can't use it:
After sending a message it goes to blank page.
Recaptcha form can't be positioned on the page.

Very easy to use and setup, very beautiful design!

Looks like the image flow in MAC osx or on the ipod touch / iphone .

There is not much to say about this extension except that it is perfect!

It works very well in joomla 1.5 and is so easy to use. It's a dream no more playlist creations, the extension just needs a folder and creates its own playlist!

No more worring about the size of the player. this flash player is flexible as hell!

And, last but not least. I got very good custommer support!

Definitly more than worth the money! Very very very good.

Finally a player which shows a video without black screen as a frontpage!!

All other players for joomla show your video with an ugly black square on your page. the user has no impression of the video.

NOT this one. Here you get what should be so normal for all payers. your video shows with the first frame!!!!

It installs easy and is easy to use.

Only pitty: its only a module! such a great and simple player like this.. it would be so cool if it could simply also integrate into joomla articles with some simple code. because then it would kill all the other player in this extensions directory!

Easy install, easy operation, no bugs.

But!
If you include an mp4 video it simply embeds the file and the user needs quicktime installed to watch the movie.

There is absolutely no point in an extension which just puts the embed code around a movie file, since an editor like JCE-Editor can do this as well.

It would make sense if the extension would use a Flashplayer like JW-player so that every user with flash installed can watch ANY file type you upload...

So.. good extension.. but for what?
Install JCE editor and you have far more userfriendliy WYSIWYG and can embed all sorts of video and even browse for them on your server.

Basically great for being free.

Problems:

- Unbelievable but true. By default the mp4 videos are simply shown with the quicktime player which a lot of user don't have on their system. you need to manually conigure mp4 files to be shown with JW-player.

- Again, not understandable.. Videos are shown just black when stopped! If you want them to show a picture before they play you need to manually assign a jpg for it - you need to rip a frame from each video etc. etc. I really can't understand that since the JW player support previewing the first frame. there is another (unfortunately module-only) component here which does show the first frame with the JW player.

- Creating playlists - it shows a dialog to browse for the file but only lets you browse for swf files. it even lets you select other filestypes, but still only shows swf files.

This is a really nice component. It works as it should!

There is a little bug though. If you want to edit a form after creating it, it does not show the WYSIWYG preview from the form anymore. it shows up for a second then disapears.
Thats with safari and firefox on mac.

Beside that its great! Highly recommended.

4 Minutes since I browsed through the extensions here. In the mean time I downloaded the module, installed it, create an additional tracking profile in my google analytics account, entered the code and checked back to google to verify that is is counting.

What do you want more?

Well a little bit of documentation about the additional parameters in the module would be cool. ;) Cause It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure what it is.
But anyway. Highly recommended!!
