this free tool looks like a good concept after tried it out for Joomla 1.0.
For Joomla 1.5, it would be good to ship the taglist together with its core distribution instead of I have to download separately. Same for its plug-ins (Joomla Module Generator, Joomla Mambot generator), would be easy to put into the base code so they don't have to be individually installed.
