Support is excellent, I contacted them about extended functionality of the content plugin, received a fast response and the modifications were added to the next nightly build. Worked perfectly.

Easy to install and configure, it includes options for the centre of the map, zoom factor, and the fields to display in the bubble when the user mouses over a marker. There is also an option to use custom markers which I did not require.
I ran into a problem caused by one of the community builder fields displayed in the bubble, it caused the map not to display.
I disabled the field, notified pelloquin, they modified the code, sent me an update and it now works fine.
Excellent product, excellent support, excellent value for money.

Installed on Joomla 1.5.15 with no problems.
I then did an Export of the user fields to check the csv file, and used that as a template in Openoffice.Org, created a csv file and successfully added over 3,000 users with no problems.
Also made changes to user data in my spreadsheet, regenerated a csv and updated the users with no problems at all.

Excellent plugin, worked first time, no problems.
It caught me out on the second site, didn't realise legacy mode was needed. As soon as I enabled legacy it worked fine.
Hoefully a 1.5 Native version will be available in the future, and upgrading won't effect the current data.
