I agree with other reviews that their support is a slow or not offering real solutions. Shutting down their forum where users can help each other is not a good idea as when you are having problems, you have to wait for them to response and it take a long time for them to respond or reach a resolution by email. If there is a forum, other users who have the same experience can share their resolutions and help resolve some problems quickly.

I have nothing to complaint for this plugin and it works very well with the latest JomSocial 2.4. It is nice and stable. It is above and beyond my expectation for a OS product. Can't thank the developer team enough for making Kunena available to Joomla community.

Great product. I had little problem at first but support was very fast. My users like it.
