While creating a new file, on 1st TAB called "File Details", there are two boxes on right side
"Users with access" and "Users without access"
After making a payment on Paypal Sandbox, user should move from User without access to user with access.
But the bug is user remains in without access list after making a payment.
So after making payment on sandbox, first, it shows "Congratulations" Line
After clicking on Download, it shows another line in RED color
"User Not Authorized - I'm sorry but you do not have access to download this file"
SO administrator must MANUALLY move a user from without access list to with access list
