I've used multiple forms components in Joomla and Wordpress, and BreezingForms is by far the most robust I've come across, definitely worth the investment in the commercial version. It's feature-rich, but at the same time "easy" to use (ease of use depends on how sophisticated or simple you need to make your forms).
We're using it on a tourism portal, for an "event suggestion form" in multiple languages (including user-uploaded images). Although we experimented with the various kinds of forms available in the component, one of the "Quickforms" worked out just fine for us and we were able to implement it quickly.
And Crosstec's support is very good; quick and effective. They provided a well-documented solution to a need we had.

Awesome extension, does exactly what it promises. It's a much smarter and more useful "preview" for Joomla, because the core one isn't very good (what's the point of previewing content that doesn't like it will once published?)
"Add to menu" by the same author is another time-saving extension that works great.

Wow. AMAZING component. Installed and was up and running in under 10 minutes. The component is very user-friendly (like a video CMS within Joomla), and the module and plugin are easy and straight-forward. Overall, very intuitive, works like a charm. Very easy to set-up a video "gallery" using the playlists feature. Even the language tool is great, although a great addition would be to be able to configure more than one language (this would come in handy for multi-lingual sites). The only other tiny "complaint" is that the styling of the texts in the sharing mode is old-school (Times New Roman?). But overall an amazing component, well worth $99.
