There are better sliders available that don't cost 10 Euros, some are even free. Maybe this will work for someone else, but on my basic 2.5.7 installation I got bizarre effects between images during the so-called 'transaction' (which I guess means 'transition'). Also, there is only allowance to enter image height for some reason, supposedly leaving the algorithm to calculate the width- however my banners came up 50 pixels short.
By the way, clicking through all the Download links, I never saw any other available versions other than the pay version, so don't believe the hype about 'license freedoms' and 5 different update plans all for the same one-time low, low price of 10 Euros. Programmers never make good marketers.

This module is worth every dime. Especially if you have a web site of encyclopedic proportions as my client does. I only wish I'd found this sooner and saved hours of fretting with the core menu and a few other 3rd party modules I won't mention here but are a complete and total waste of time *cough*extendedmenu*cough*. I'm so amazed at how professional this software is, and how easily it installed and set up that I'm compelled to say it's worth a great deal more than the developer's asking price.

Trying all the workarounds I could find on the web to get the Flash buttons in my splash page to work in Firefox/PC with no luck. This module installed in seconds *and* it cured my headache instantly. 5 out of 5 Joomla developers agree, this mod rocks- and you won't beat the price. I'm sending my donation as soon as I post this!

I've been looking for one this versatile for a long time as no other has ever quite done just what I really needed. The best part of all may be that I feel confident my clients can handle the parameters on their own once I turn over their site to them.
The price is more than fair considering how much use I'll get out of this gem, and the support is friendly and responsive.

It is a nice looking module, and seems very straightforward. It performed well in Safari and Firefox, however for some reason it stopped IE8 from loading the page content 9 out of 10 times. After messing with the CSS (I have no idea why that should matter), it stalled making connection to Twitter, but only once- and it never repeated this behavior. I tested it using several Twitter accounts with the same result.
Turning off the module returned my web site to normal.

I needed something my non-web savvy client could actually use without reading a manual. I've worked with other 'advanced' Joomla form applications but by the time I got them configured to my purpose, they became so convoluted it was ridiculous. My only request is that there be a Developer license for the Enterprise edition of this incredible app. I'd like to use it on all my sites.

I admit I was initially put-off by the fee for DTR. Then, after trying (and fighting with) all the popular non-commercial components and modules I was ready to pay for anything that would just make some logical sense and work.
What I found was that even the process of buying DTRegister is easy. No convoluted series of links and back buttons to get all the various pieces and parts. Then, once installed, I found it to be much, much more than just the sensible, working component I'd been searching and hoping for. It's intuitive, infinitely flexible, and smart. In the end, the cost of DTRegister was worth every cent for my time and sanity.
Thank you, DTHDevelopment, for making this flawless, multiple option payment platform.
