Great Module but breaks with mootools 1.2.5

I found this Module very helpful. I have used it in a couple of sites with lots of success. The showstopper for me was that it breaks with mootools 1.2.5 that I need for some other modules.
Is it possible to fix the compatibility problems ?
I would love to continue using it.
