Fade-In doesn't work on any browser

I downloaded this specifically so I could put an image fade in the header. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work. No matter what I tried to use as a module class suffix to set this as a fade, it didn't change the image slide to a fade.

An important thing to note that is not mentioned in the description that one must join their club and pay a fee to use this plugin.
