I bought this application yesterday and had some initial troubles with installing but after sending a mail I got immediately excellent support from the developers (important to mention that as turned out the error was not in their product but error on my side...)

Simple Random Quotes
I installed the tool and it works just as described on my site orgonite-brasil, however missing ability to configure formating font/class to use and the author separator configuration works only on external files, not on internally defined quotes.
Beside that the tool is great!
