I had downloaded this editor and tried it for a while. When I want to insert an image into the article, then the popup windows appear and told me "Configuration problem: images/stories does not exist."
I know I have this directory. The only explanation for this error may be that I had installed my Joomla in a subdirectory instead of the root directory of my FTP account on the server.
I think this is foolish. Why should we all install joomla in the root directory?
If this is only a configuration problem, why I can not find any configuration option about the image directory at the setting page of this mambot?

I had installed this shoutbox on my site, but it seemed not work well with jd_Wordpress which was recommended on this official site to be a editor for blog. When I publish this Shoutbox module on the jd_WP page, it will cause fatal error. So I have to publish on other pages except jd_wp page.
I tried to reach the author of this component/module to report this bug but failed. Any one who can help me to reach them will be appreciated.
Finally, I would like to say this is a good plug-in though it has not functions of emotions and sound reminding.
Thank you.
