This has to be by far one of the best extensions around - it is just so versatile! And as for the support - if only my bank and telephone company provided such a high-quality support service as the Mad Blanks developer, then life would be so much sweeter!

I purchased this component, and I posted two very easy (so I thought) questions via the 'contact us' link on the author's website.

Despite sending this support request three times now (over the space of one month), I have *yet* to receive *any* reply or acknowledgement!

Initially a very nice looking component but if I'm not able to customise it to my needs without any support, then next to useless.
Support - non-existent!
