I had used this extension last year for another site and knew how great it was and could not for the life of me remember what called it was or find it anywhere on my local drive.
Having downloaded it i am now one very happy person as i have about 500 sections and catagories to put onto a new site and this will save me so much time.
Now if i can just find an extension that will enable me to put subcatgories into the core I will be super happy!!

to get the API key you need to set up YOUR OWN developer key in facebook at this link. http://www.facebook.com/developers/apps.php
you click on set up new application and after you enter the app name (choose anything) it will generate the key.
To get the page ID number just go to the page you want to link it to and take the last string of digits from the url in the address bar.
highly recommend this app and a good webpage by developer
