I found this extension cause I needed to create a quiz with different results and it really works!
I only had some difficult with the language so I'm not sure I know everything of the extention. I'd like to know if it is possible to add html content in the result description box. So for example I can have an image and a link as result of my quix. I hope someone can answer my question! I've also sended a message from the extension website.

Yes, it is possible, you can use links and images in the content of the results
