Art Sexy Lightbox
in my opinion, this is the prettiest lightbox there is for joomla.

installation and usage are very simple (just point to a directory or flickr-account, and you have a gallery)

initially superfish-menu and artsexy lightbox didn't like each other, but developer support was lightning-fast and very helpful and provided me with a patched version -- so i can wholeheartedly recommend this extension
