In future releases I think it would be nice if there was a way to make the scrolling horizontally or vertically.
Thanks for this and rsmonials for a quick way to control and display customer testimonials.
I installed on joomla 2.5 site and in less than five minutes it had the map built and submitted.
I double checked the map to make sure it was built properly because I have had problems with other extensions that are similar and eveything checked out.
Bravo to you dear developer...this is a great piece of work.
I hope everyone donates to keep you work on this going.
My advise to anyone reading this... run this before trying anything else. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.
You may need to change the permissions on one file once it’s installed. Make sure modules/mod_bt_login/ajax.php is set to 755 to keep from getting an error if your user types in an incorrect password. This is an easy fix. For the newbie you just need to use filezilla or the file manager provided by your hosting provider to set that permission.
Other than the one change I think this is a module that a lot of people will be very happy with. The styling of it and the way it opens the window for logging in add a very professional look to your site. I think the way it identifies the user by saying the traditional “Hi (User Name)” is a nice touch in the place of the login/registration buttons is a nice touch.
The customization for this module is really easy and makes it a dream to match to your site.
To The Developer:
Great work! Thank you so much for this module. In the future you may want to expand the settings to include sizing of the text and buttons.
I knew from the video that I may have to wait a few minutes for the font to load, but I couldn't get the font to load on my front page for a while after I could see it in the backend. I am not sure if I may have cause this myself because I wanted to call font on demand using css wordage when I added the font I wanted to my template css and added a height parameter. Like I said I'm not sure if this helped, or if the font was loading for the front end.
It is pretty easy to use if you want to make changes to etc.
The font.com connection is awesome and they have a great selection of fonts.
I would suggest this extension to anyone that wants to change fonts on their site from noob-the experienced.
The layout was a bit confusing at first, but with the documentation it is very easy to figure out.
The templates and forms are very easy and give you all html/xhtml form functions, including drop downs and radial buttons, that a lot of other extensions don't include.
I appreciate the way the configuration section works as a catch all for all forms in case something is missed. This helps to ensure minimal loss of contact information.
There seems to be a problem with the captcha though. It could be something I am doing incorrectly though with my settings. I haven't really looked into resolving the problem since I don't need captcha yet.
