The technical support was great and the documentation is very good with tons of images along with explanation. At one point though, I was so frustrated that I couldn't make things work the way I envisioned so I contacted tech support. Helix got back to me very quickly and helped me work through my stumbling blocks -- which were only my errors in how I had set some of the configuration. He showed me what I needed to do and now it works like a charm! So thank you Helix for an outstanding extension and outstanding customer support!

I was looking for a news ticker to compliment the site I was working on and found K2 newspages. It was easy to install and configure and the support has been great! I even managed to find a small bug and the owner fixed it very quickly. The owner has listened to our suggestions for possible improvements / changes and have to say that I am very pleased. This is a nice compliment to the K2 newsticker by the same developer. We have both running on the same page.
