Akeeba Backup
I only recently discover Akeeba Backup and it has saved me hours, instead of downloading a full copy of my site as a backup Akeeba does a complete, reliable backup in less than 5 mins.
The Kickstart component is absolutely brilliant it makes moving your site from one server to another a breeze.
Well done guys an abolutely brilliant extension.

I must say when I purchased this module it was easy to installed worked as stated, which was brilliant. What really blew me away is how cheap it was to have the guys at Pulse customise the module for me and they only took less than 24hrs to do the work.
Very professional, very helpful.
You will not be disappointed with their support or this module.

Very easy to install, was using the extension 1 min after I installed it.
I had a JQuery conflict issue which meant it showed up on my page but nothing worked, the guys from Joomdalf not only identified the issue they logged into my site and fixed it for me.
I was very impressed with their willingness to help.
I was able to edit the css to math my overall template so I was very happy.
Well done guys...

Definitely my favorite customer feed back component quick and easy to use. Took 2min to load configure and see feedback on front page.
Would love to mark it as excellent however the security code does not work for versions 1.5.1 or 1.5.2.
Once fixed I'll be loading it on my site....
Excellent work guys look forward to the fix or suggestions on how to get security working so I can continue to use it on my sites...
