Akeeba Backup
I installed the backup program a few weeks ago, and have been using it religiously since. I like that fact that it reminds you to backup.

My site was hacked twice last year and restoring was a real pain!

Yesterday I managed to crash my site, so I used Kickstart to restore from these backups...site was up and running perfectly in no time. So relieved! I really am sleeping a little better right now.

I am using the non-commercial version at this time. After having my site hacked for a second time in a year, I found Akeeba's backup and admin tools. Both are documented well and work as advertised. Very impressed so far.
