We initially had configuration issues with plugin. After rasing a support ticket Longanh and team quickly tasked themselves in resolving the issue for us. Communication was first class and we even hooked up a chat session to discuss the issue in detail before a quick resolution was found to the problem which was URL typing error NOT plugin. Now we have a fully functional popup environment and a happy client.
