However, for a relatively expensive commercial extension, I expect at least a support forum as well as clear information about updates for purchased products.

It is the first time someone suggests to be included images from Phoca Gallery but it is a nice idea and I will try to add this feature in the next version.
There isn't a forum for help because I believe that answering the emails is better and fast enough.

Additionally, this extension uses JQuery Tooltips for whatever reason, not the (very good) Tooltips class from mootools.

Our module is not buggy. Did you send a support ticket about any issues? As well there is NO JQUERY. Our modules only use mootools. We use the XTCShowcase library that is stored in the media folder. Please note k2 does use some Jquery but our walls do not.
