Easy Search Lite
I wanted to be able to make small changes to our site without becoming a Joomla expert and this fits the bill. Wish I'd found it sooner so I wouldn't have had to learn as much as I did about where to look for content in Joomla.

Works great once installed. Installation required 1 component, 2 plugins (all patched), and 2 modules.
