I also had the same experience as others, the support isn't present. I've even offered to translate the component and haven't got a reply on this matter yet either.
I also needed some customization and it was handled quick and professionally.
I can safely recommend this.
I've tried a lot of these modules. This one is a keeper.
When it adds a content item it sets the date of creation og publishing in the future, so you have to go into all of them to edit the date. This is not handy if you start clicking around. It generates 404.
I also did not get the "copy title to alias" to work, nor "copy 1st title/alias etc to all pages".
But, with these bugs fixed and a couple of functions added (just need of typing in title, and it will copy to all other fields for that page ONLY), it will be a sweet component indeed.

Sorry to hear about the issues that you experienced!
It would have been nice if you had reported these issues to us using the "Support" button on the JED and we would have gotten them fixed for you. We do try our best to fix bugs as quickly as possible and I think it to be unfair to give a 1 star rating based on a few bugs without giving us any opportunity to fix them.
With that being said, based on your limited feedback, we've provided a new version which I believe fixes the bugs that you mentioned. It would have been nice to ask you follow-up questions to make sure everything is resolved for you, but I guess there's no way of doing that now, since the JED doesn't allow us to contact you directly.

The only thing I dont like is that it's got few "templates". I would like to see some more with shadows etc (or a tutorial on how to make your own). It seams straight forward, so I think I'll manage to make own templates.
The template "issue" isn't enough to lower the ratings. Still five stars.

I asked for a feature and it was added the next day. When I had some troubles he fixed it the same day. (Troubles with my competance, not the product).
I can safely recommend Ulli. With him your "handled".
P.S: I've also payed and tried the other components that tried to do the same as AutoTweet NG PRO. My advice to you is; don't bother. This one is by far the best.
Well actually this issue has to do with your database collation. Scandinavian characters are saved to the database correctly ;)
The only thing is that it does something to the CSS of the site and changes the background color of the template.
Can you send me an email with the problem, maybe I can help you to solve it and make the plugin evolve
