Stéphane was extremely helpful with some technical difficulties I had. Precesely with Moset Tree, Stéphane created a content element to manage the translations of Moset Tree. I had been looking for this feature for months!!! Great job. Highly recomended.

I´m a long time joomla user and I have used a lot of extensions. That is why I can honestly say that this is not only a great online booking extensions for my needs, but it is also the best tecnical support I have ever ever ever had on any joomla extension and almost on anything else. Hordur is always available, always nice and always helpful. He is a reference for what a good service is and an inspiration for me. Keep it up Hordur!!!!! Inigo

. I upgraded to a 30 days Bronce membership because I had a huge problem with joomfish. basically when activated it did not work.
· I wrote 4 posts in their forum (I got published only 2).
· There is no contact email in the joomfish site to anybody so I wrote back to the seller email. No answer either.
· after 7 days of silence I decided to ask for a return of my money via paypal. to that they did answer straght away to say that they had cancelled my subscription and cancelled my 2 publised posts.
· I have read similar support complaints in this reviews. My conclusion is that I am puzzled with this guys because I have been using Joomfish for years, never had to deal with support and after this experience I am keeping out of giving then any more money. Unbelievable!!

8 moths ago I purchased a similar component to ARTIO Joomsef (I can´t say which one or this review will get errased) and I was very disapointed because I could not get it to work and the customer service was terrible. I felt I was going around in circles, it made me waste some money and a lot of time.

With ARTIO Joomsef I´m over my head because I finally feel that I can start to fine tune my SEF and SEO work free of nuisances. I purchased their installment service and it has been money well spent. The customer service was quick, supportive and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to fix messy parts of my site. The component is user friendly and it does what it says in the box. Power to ARTIO team, and to you customer, honestly, don´t look any further, this is the one!!!
