I had used jomsocial in the past and frankly can't believe what I have been missing. In addition to the full feature set, the support is incredible from the Forums and community at Community Builder / joomopolis.

Most importantly, my clients love the features and functionality and I am happy to be a proud CB user.

I am using this application in a new way and am extremely pleased with the support so far. I have had a number of questions answered promptly and without a doubt would recommend this as a great tool for anybody running events. I must say there are still features I pine for but that is the case for any app and based on my support experience, i am confident they will prevail in being the best event app in joomla.
